Michael had a car race on his pack meeting last Tuesday. Is a project that they (the scouts) had to do with their dad's. Is an understatement that Max went crazy with it,buying stickers, painting the car,etc. During the race I was wondering who was more exited.. Michael or Max?? Michael had a car race on his pack meeting last Tuesday. Is a project that they (the scouts) had to do with their dad's. Jeremy gets really excited about the scout cars too. I don't really get it. They're little wooden cars....not that exciting. But I guess that's why I'm not a boy...
I'm glad that they had a great time though. I'm sure Jeremy is counting down the days until he can take our boys to scouts and race their little wooden cars.
Congratulations, Michael (and Daddy Max), on your first pinewood derby car! That's awesome that it raced well, too. Enjoy your days together in Cub Scouts. . . As everything else in life, they'll pass swiftly and be memories before long.
In my case, much of my boys' scouting progress (especially in their younger years) was "on my shoulders." Count your blessings, Diana, that Max has Scouting background and is cuurently involved as the cubmaster. Celebrate each day!
