We have been painting the house for the past few days, we finish Nicholle's room two days ago, but we left there a few cans of pain, so we have been keeping that room closed. Yesterday I had Caitlin walking on the down stairs with all the doors closed. Nicholle came from school and went down stairs, open the door on her room ( and left it open) Caitlin got in and spilled all the painting in the carpet, start playing on it like it was water, then she went through out the whole down stairs with her hands and feet full of paint, touching EVERYTHING.. all this was done in 5 minutes while I was up stairs making lunch for Nicholle!!! Thanks goodness it was water base paint and it came out ( it wasn't easy but it came out) as you can imagine I was not very happy with Nicholle.. she looks like a little angel.. but sometimes..I tell you!!!

Diana and Max, I am so sorry about that paint mess that you had to clean. Some day (in 20 years or more) you'll laugh about it, as you tell the girls' husbands of the event. . .
Hopefully your computers and washer/dryer will be repaired or replaced soon. It's time for a relaxing, peaceful week. . . We'll be praying for your successful knee surgery on the 26th, too, Diana.

Holy cow - how do you wash paint out of carpet? Even if it's water based?! Yikes.
