We finally got to go inside the village "of this is the place" ( we got a season pass) Max was amazed of the wool on the sheep's backs, he kept saying.."look how thick it is!!!"
one of the employees there (acting as a pioneer) was so nice to the kids, he show Caitlin the rabbits and the baby goats.. she loved it!!
It is a hands on place, so it is wonderful for the kids!!
Caitlin loved the "chachos" (pigs) she thought they were the cutest!
Michael couldn't stand the smell, ( I can denied he is my kid!! ha,ha) he cover his nose the whole time!

That's great that the whole family got to visit the pioneer village near the "This is the Place"monument. If I lived near Salt Lake, I'd consider volunteering to be a "pioneer" occasionally to experience their slower, peaceful life style and share the joy of living the life of a latter-day saint.
When do they have special holiday and seasonal activities, Diana? Also, what is their website? Thanks, as always, Sweetie, for sharing your photos and news. It was delightful!
